Configuring your email client: Outlook 2010(IMAP Setting)
Before setup your outlook 2010, please make sure you have below information(IMAP Setting)
incoming mail server :imap.yourdomain.com outgoing smtp server : smtp.yourdomain.com email address : username@yourdomain.com password : *****************
Open Outlook 2010
Click "File" then "+Add Account"
Choose manually configure server settings or additional server types, and next step
Choose Internet Email, next step
Input all email informant here
User information:
User nane(example): Chan Tai Man
Email address(example):chantaiman@chantaiman.com
Password(example):*************************
Server information
Account type:IMAP
Incoming server:imap.abchk.com
Outgoing server:smtp.abchk.com
Login Information
User name:(example):chantaiman@chantaiman.com
Choose Outgoing server and tick the box of "my outgoing server(SMTP) required authentication"
Go to Advance, check incoming port number is 143 and outgoing port number is 465 or not then ok
Please click "More Setting" as setup not yet completed.
Please click "Sent Items" then selet as below
Please select "Deleted Items" then selet as below > ok
