设定您的电邮帐户 MS Outlook 2007--IMAP设定

在设定电邮户口前, 请准备以下的资料--IMAP设定

内寄伺服器 : imap.yourdomain.com
外寄伺服器: smtp.yourdomain.com
电邮地址 : username@yourdomain.com
密码 : *****************

开启 MS Outlook 2007.

点选工具 "Tools" 后选择帐户设定 "Account Settings"




按新增 "New"

点选 Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP or HTTP 后按下一步


 

点选 手动设定伺服器设定或其他伺服器类型 后按下一步
Manually configure server settings or additional server types and click Next.

点选 “网际网路电子邮件” 后按下一步
Select Internet E-mail option and click Next.


 

Fill in the following fields: (for example only)

• 使用者资讯 User Infomation
  您的名称 Your Name : John Smith (for example)
  电子邮件地址 eMail Address : jsmith@yourdomain.com
• 伺服器资讯 Server Information
  帐户类型 Account Type : POP3
  内送邮件伺服器 Incoming mail server : imap.yourdomain.com
  外寄邮件伺服器 Outgoing mail server (SMTP) : smtp.yourdomain.com
• 登入资讯 Logon Infomation
  使用者名称 User name : jsmith@yourdomain.com
  密码 Password : *************

请参考下列设定

• 点选其它设定 Click on More Settings...
• 外寄伺服器 Click on the Outgoing Server tab.
• 点选 “我的外寄伺服器(SMTP)需要验证” My outgoing server (SMTP) Requires Authentication
• 使用与内送邮件伺服器相同的设定 Choose Use same setting as my incoming mail server .

进阶

请确定输入正确的内/外伺服器连接埠号码后按” 确定”,内送伺服器连接埠号码143 
                                                      外寄伺服器连接埠号码465

Click the Advanced tab, and change the smtp port to the alternate port of 465 also incoming server port of 143 then click on OK.



 

点选下一步后按确定 Click Next and OK to save your settings.
