Please download the Apps at play store and install the apps

Open the k-9 mail Apps

Read the instruation and press the next botton to next step

Add the email account and password(remember to type in the whole email address e.g.user@yourdomain.com)

Choose type of account:

POP3--download the mail from server and delete the copy in the server

IMAP--will keep the email copy in the server and pleas aware for the email quota

PLEASE NOTICED THAT IF YOU USE POP3 IN MOBILE, NEED A LOT OF SPACE TO SAVE THE EMAIL IN THE MOBILE AND THE EMAIL WILL NOT KEEP A COPY IN THE SERVER IF YOU HAVENT CHOOSE "KEEP A COPY IN THE SERVER"

POP3 acc without SSL(security login)

POP3 acc with SSL(security login)--choose SSL*(always)

 POP3 acc with SSL(security login)--remember to change the port number to 995

SMTP setting

IMAP setting

 Wait server checking

SMTP setting is the same as POP3 one

If use SSL remember to change the port number

Choose the option here to use pull down menu and how many email will shown in one page

Set up the account name

If want to delete press longer of account and there is a popup and press account settings

And press remove account
