Setting up an IMAP account on a Windows Phone

Configuring your email client: Windows Phone (IMAP)

Before setup your Windows Phone, please make sure you have the below information
incoming mail server  : imap.yourdomain.com
outgoing smtp server  : smtp.yourdomain.com
email address             : username@yourdomain.com
password                    : *****************

  Setting

  Select Email + Account

  Select add an account

  Select other account

  Enter your email address and password > sign in

  Advanced

  Add your email account name and fill in your name.  Then, use the following server settings:
      (You will need to scroll down on this screen to see the additional fields)

• Incoming email server: imap.yourdomain.com

• Account type: IMAP4

• Username: Full Email address

• Password: Email password

• Outgoing (SMTP) email server: smtp.yourdomain.com

• Outgoing server requires authentication: Enabled

• Use the same user name and password for sending email: Enabled

       Then, select sign in

  Email setting completed.
