Microsoft Outlook 2019 - IMAP Setting

Before setup your Ms Outlook 2019 and make sure you have information below

Incoming imap server : imap.abchk.com (SSL : Yes , SSL Port number : 993)
Outgoing smtp server : smtp.abchk.com (SSL : Yes , SSL Port number : 2025 or 225)
eMail address :  username@yourdomain.com  
Password :  **********  

 

 

Step 1 - Go to File > Add Account

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2 : Tap Advanced Options > Enable "Let me setup my account manually" > Connect

 

 

 

 

Step 3 - Select Account type : POP or IMAP 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 4 - If Select IMAP > Enter your server settings 
(IMPORTANT : Please make sure server hostname is input abchk.com, not yourdomain.com)

Enter the following settings:

Incoming server:

  • Incoming Server           : imap.abchk.com             Port : 993
  • Encryption methold     : SSL/TLS

Outgoing server:

  • Outgoing Server           : smtp.abchk.com             Port : 2025  or 225
  • Encryption methold     : SSL/TLS

Tap Next to continue.

 

 

 

 

 

Step 5 - Final Step > Input Password --> Connect

Input your email password and may take a few minutes verifying your information.

and then Tap Connect to continue

 

 

Incoming imap setting is completed.
