2. Click on the Tools menu.

3. Then click Internet Options.

4. In the Internet Options window, click the A dvanced tab.

5. Find the setting called "Use Passive FTP (for firewall and DSL modem compatibility)"

6. To disable the feature, uncheck the box

7. Click Ok.
